· Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap UU Ketenagakerjaan dan penerapan kebijakan perusahaan. · Memastikan K3 berjalan dengan baik. · Memahami prosedur BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan. · Mengelola proses rekrutmen, seleksi, onboarding, dan kontrak kerja karyawan. · Mengelola kebutuhan tenaga kerja, mutasi, demosi, serta penyediaan fasilitas kerja. · Memantau kinerja karyawan dan menegakkan disiplin kerja yang mengacu pada kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan. · Monitoring absensi dan lembur karyawan, serta pendaftaran dan penonaktifan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan. · Mengelola proses penggajian (payroll) agar tepat waktu dan akurat. · Membuat program pelatihan karyawan setiap tahun. · Membantu Manajemen dalam penyusunan KPI. · Membuat laporan UKL UPL (kegiatan pelaporan lingkungan) pada Sistem Ketaatan Lingkungan (SKL) tiap triwulan. · Membuat jadwal pengangkutan sampah domestik secara rutin yang bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga yang memiliki izin, serta pengambilan dan pengiriman sampel air limbah domestik ke Laboratorium Terakreditasi untuk menunjang kegiatan pelaporan lingkungan. · Mengawasi operasional GA, seperti pemeliharaan gedung, perizinan dan dokumen legalitas perusahaan. · Monitoring inventaris dan pengadaan aset, serta fasilitas perusahaan. · Menangani vendor, kontrak, surat perjanjian/kerja sama lainnya dengan pihak ketiga. · Membuat proposal dan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban kegiatan CSR Perusahaan setiap tahun. · Berkoordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar.
