Responsible for the user operation support of the company information system (SAP, POS, OA, etc) Ensure system stability and scalability, also ensure business operations and events run smoothly Responsible for sorting and analyzing IT requirements and major problems from various departments Liaising with the Head Quarters team and efficiently following up to resolve as needed Take responsibility for promoting the smooth and efficient progress of IT projects such as APP and the Indonesian subsidiary membership system and take responsibility for the results

Must have good knowledge of Server Administration: Windows Server Administration, Linux/Unix systems, and Virtualization Platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) Must have experience on Network Administration: Networking fundamentals of IP addressing, Subnetting & VLAN configuration, Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Loan Balancers. Must have good knowledge on Infrastructure Monitoring: System availability monitoring tools and performance tuning and capacity planning Any CCNA/NSA and Cloud certification is preferred . Knowledge and experience of handling information security in complex heterogeneous environments would be an added advantage.
