1. Oversee daily accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. 2. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. 3. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Manage annual salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive payout processes. Oversee health, retirement, wellness, and insurance programs; negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and coverage. Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and business strategy. Monitor effectiveness of rewards programs using data-driven KPIs, recommending improvements. Design recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention. Lead clear and consistent communication of rewards programs company-wide. Payroll & HRIS (20%) Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Oversee payroll management and ensure integration with HRIS. Support HRIS improvements in automation, reporting, and data integrity across payroll and rewards processes. Provide payroll analytics and insights for HR and management decision-making. Performance Management (10%) Guide performance management framework to ensure fair and transparent evaluations. Support calibration sessions and link performance results to rewards decisions (salary increases, bonus eligibility). Drive continuous improvement of the performance management cycle to align with business and employee growth.
