Memberikan pelayanan kepada customer yang masuk ke dalam toko. Memastikan customer mendapatkan kepuasan dalam pelayanan toko. Memberikan rekomendasi produk kepada customer. Memahami informasi produk yang dijual dan mampu mengkomunikasikannya kepada customer. Memastikan display/penempatan produk sesuai dengan standar. Membantu penerimaan dan penyusunan produk. Mempersiapkan tag harga dan pemasangan produk di window display. Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan toko, stockroom, dan peralatan toko. Mengikuti prosedur operasional toko dan brand terkait.

Mencari customer baru sesuai database yang dimiliki, dan menjaga hubungan dengan customer/toko yang sudah ada. Membuat laporan penjualan perbulan. Melapor/bertanggungjawab langsung kepada user terkait.

Develop and implement annual/monthly social media calendars. Creat photoshoot & video concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and creative direction to ensure brand consistency. Supervise and mentor the content team while collaborating with brand, product, and digital teams to produce high-quality, goal-driven content. Track content performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance engagement, storytelling, and audience impact. Understands key KPIs: reach, impressions, ER%, CTR, VTR, audience growth, and sentiment analysis.

Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Navigate complex negotiations with multiple layer of customer level (R&D or Purchasing) and able to explain how to use food & beverage raw materials in food/beverage product applications Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in various segments Understand industry trends by keeping up to market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in the industry and plans out customer visit independently Monitors, updates, and submits report of competitors and keeps records in sales force of existing and prospective customers Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.


· Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill all open positions (from entry-level to managerial positions). · Screen resume and assess candidates according qualifications. · Manage and maintain job portals such as Jobstreet, Glints and LinkedIn. · Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interview with candidates. · Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees. · Input new employee date into HRIS. · Build employer branding and positive relationship with employees. · Support other HR tasks as needed. · Willing to be based and work in West Jakarta.

Melakukan analisis organisasi dan perbaikan proses kerja untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas. Mendukung manajemen dalam perubahan organisasi (organizational change). Mengelola sistem penilaian kinerja (performance management). Menyusun program pengembangan karyawan (training, coaching, dan talent development). Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kinerja dan kompetensi. Mengelola program pengembangan karier, suksesi, dan talent pool. Mengevaluasi efektivitas program pengembangan SDM.
