
Conduct operational audit in head office and branches. Conduct audit checks in accordance with the established annual audit plan. Identify control gaps in processes, procedures and systems through in‐depth research and assessment and suggested methods for improvement. Monitor corrective actions of audit activities Prepare audit report including recommendations. Assist in setting up anti-fraud policies that include prevention, detection, and investigation.
Provide leadership and supervision to the Accounting and Tax team, offering guidance and support for daily operational queries. Gather Financial Records (Bank & Loan) Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
Manage the end-to-end accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and internal financial policies Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes Provide support and guidance to the finance team

Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow). Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting. Perform general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal adjustments. Manage and coordinate tax reporting (PPN, PPh, annual corporate tax) in compliance with Indonesian regulations. Monitor and ensure accuracy of all accounting records in Accurate system. Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, cost analysis, and expense tracking. Liaise with external auditors during audit processes. Assist in cash flow management and forecasting. Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies. Support management in financial planning and decision-making. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

1. Perform end-to-end accounting processes for Head Office, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet schedules, and monthly closings. 2. Ensure accurate and timely Head Office financial reports in accordance with prevailing accounting standards and internal policies. 3. Prepare and coordinate Head Office documentation for internal and external audits. 4. Monitor dan reconcile intercompany transactions, working closely with regional and subsidiaries finance teams. 5. Act as the Group’s focal point for asset management, including tracking, reconciliation, and control. 6. Liaise with internal divisions (e.g. Treasury, and Controller) to support consolidated financial processes.
