Overseeing the day-to-day HR and general administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee relations Providing guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring all HR policies and procedures are properly implemented Liaising with managers to identify and address staffing needs, and leading the recruitment process accordingly Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Coordinating employee training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce Handling employee queries and grievances, and working to resolve workplace issues in a professional and timely manner Managing the office facilities, including overseeing maintenance, procurement, and vendor relationships Supporting the implementation of HR and administrative technology solutions to drive efficiency and productivity

Responsible to recruitment and placement process Training and development, performance appraisal and employee evaluation General HR Administration, payroll detail and tax, employee benefit, BPJS, Manpower law, HR policies and processing Responsible to all HR operation
Menerima invoice dari bagian pembelian dan melakukan pengecekan pada faktur, surat jalan, dan faktur pajak yang sudah diterima. Mencocokan faktur dengan purchase order yang sudah ditanda tangani Pimpinan. Memastikan surat jalan yang diterima sesuai dengan Goods Received Note yang diterima dari Departemen Raw Material. Menentukan tanggal pembayaran faktur sesuai dengan termin di puchase order. Menjurnal setiap faktur pada sistem SAP sesuai dengan aturan akuntansi yang berlaku. Menjurnal gaji karyawan untuk plant Jakarta, Depot, Purwakarta (hanya karyawan Kontrak). Menjurnal pengeluaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan untuk plant Jakarta, Purwakarta, dan Depot setiap bulannya. Menjurnal pengeluaran iuran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan plant Jakarta, Purwakarta dan Depot setiap bulannya. Menjurnal pajak PPH 21 unttuk Jakarta dan Purwakarta terkait dengan pembayaran gaji karyawan setiap bulannya. Memeriksa dan Menjurnal beban pengeluaran perusahaan untuk plant jakarta. Memeriksa beban pengeluaran perusahaan yang dibayar menggunakan petty Cash dan checker.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
