Develop sales strategies to achieve company's target and maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel. Builds and maintains strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors, in order to create positive impact and change to company image and business goals. Work closely with distributor on coverage area to do sales and distribution plan and implementation Analyze regional and sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement . Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance. Work closely with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency; promotion effectiveness & efficiency Set clear performance standards and expectation based on business strategy and goals to ASMs and distributors.
Seek and acquire new leads through various methods like cold calls, networking, and referrals. Customize sales approaches by researching potential clients and their needs. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement marketing activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer requirements and feedback on market’s information. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. To prepare and conduct sales presentations on the product range and new product. Participate in industry events to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility. Good teamwork, communication skills, organization, and responsibility for tasks. Any ad-hoc duties and/or projects as assigned.
