Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of Schneider Electric’s product portfolio, as well as industry best practices and emerging technologies in data center design and management. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, and addressing technical inquiries. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals, provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals, including system architectures, equipment specifications, cost estimations, and implementation plans. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful implementation of designed solutions.
