1. Tax Compliance & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all required tax returns (Monthly and Annual PPh, VAT, WHT 23/4(2)/26/21 , PB1, Signage tax, etc.) Manage tax payments and monitor deadlines to avoid penalties. Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting documents for tax reporting. Ensure all Tax Data and/or Documents has been archiving as well 2. Tax Planning & Strategy Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position in compliance with Indonesian regulations. Monitor changes in local tax regulations and assess potential impact on the company. Provide tax advisory for business operations, transactions, and new investments. Ensure all local tax ID for all store properly registered 3. Tax Audit & Dispute Resolution Handle tax audits and investigations by the Indonesian tax authorities (DJP). Prepare necessary documentation and represent the company in tax dispute resolutions or appeals. Maintain strong relationships with external consultants and tax authorities. 4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Develop and improve internal tax processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Train and support internal teams on tax implications and proper documentation. 5. Other Tax Task Send the WHT slips as requested by Supplier and Landlord. Liaise with tax officer for Company’s tax matter 6. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a tax team (if any), including setting objectives and performance reviews.
