Proactively generate modernization opportunities outside current customer base. Build and coordinate relationships on many levels between customers organization and KONE as well as other stakeholders. Formulate individual sales plans, manage sales funnel, participate in pricing & offering to drive profitability. Prepare the modernization proposal / tender with solutions catering customer’s request and follow up with the customer. Gather relevant information from the market in formulating sales strategy. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination actions with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise. Lead & coach junior team members for the results and report to Senior Manager, Sales.

Installs, tests and maintains new hardware or software to provide new services. Performs first-level troubleshooting and system analysis using standard checklists to resolve incidents and to ensure system availability. Performs system administration tasks of which include configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support. Tests and validates new systems to ensure that it fulfils the request functionality and quality. Implements backup and recovery procedures to ensure the needed availability. Implements and performs system monitoring for proactive support by collecting examples such as availability, performance metrics and system logs. Performs hardware or software upgrades and patching. Execute standard changes as part of the Change Management Process. Executes tasks as part of the Request Fulfilment. Creates and manages tickets for the Incident Management, Change Management and Request Fulfilment. Documents work results, actions taken, steps to resolve, effort and resolution time in the ticketing system. Performs other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by leadership team.
