Melayani apa yang diinginkan pelanggan dan merekomendasikan Kredivo sebagai moda pembayaran Meningkatkan product knowledge Kredivo dan menyampaikan pengetahuan ini dengan cara yang menarik Mempresentasikan dan mendemonstrasikan Kredivo kepada calon pelanggan Menindaklanjuti keluhan dan permintaan pelanggan serta memberikan panduan tepat penggunaan aplikasi Kredivo Memenuhi target harian dan mengirimkan laporan kepada pihak manajerial Bertugas untuk memegang 20-50 toko/merchant di 1 area/mall
Mencari customer baru untuk melakukan treatment Maintain, dan follow up customer dari berbagai networking yang tersedia Melakukan proses konsultasi dan menjawab keluhan Customer Mencapai target penjualan Membuat laporan penjualan
Membuat daftar pelanggan prospek sesuai segmentasi yang diinginkan perusahaan Melakukan penjualan untuk perusahaan sesuai target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Membuat rencana kerja mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan Melakukan proses penjualan mulai dari awal perkenalan, negosiasi sampai dengan pembuatan kontrak dengan klien. Bertanggung Jawab terhadap penjualan, proses pengiriman, serta pembayaran customer Tugas lainnya yang terkait dengan Sales Engineer

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coating, plastic, food, homecare, cosmetic industries Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction Provide expert consultative sales support, advising clients on the most suitable products and solutions Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives

Enter sales orders for all e-commerce dealers into the system Prepare daily reports covering sales orders, forecasts, AR billing, and sales performance Coordinate with vendors/dealers to verify detailed payment transfer information Manage return collection administration and support the return process Handle counter invoice administration with dealers Oversee debit note collection Generate vouchers for dealer bill deductions Submit and record entertainment sales claims in the system Prepare support program proposals for e-commerce Send proof of invoice deductions for rebates/support programs to dealers Compile budget summaries for dealer rebates and support programs Summarize stock-on-hand data at dealer locations
Menangani penjualan produk ke segmen proyek (konstruksi, pengadaan, B2B, dll). Menjalin hubungan baik dengan kontraktor, konsultan, developer, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Menjadi penghubung antara kebutuhan pelanggan dan kemampuan operasional perusahaan.
