Installing CCTV and ensuring all CCTV is in good condition and ready to be monitored.

Menjalankan order ticket yang masuk ke dalam sistem dan terselesaikan sesuai dengan SLA. Menjalankan proses instalasi, konfigurasi, dan penerapan aplikasi baru / fungsi baru / upgrade / perbaikan perangkat infrastruktur ICT. Memastikan layanan dan dukungan terhadap sistem aplikasi berjalan sesuai SLA. Melakukan maintenance & monitoring secara berkala terhadap sistem aplikasi (software / hardware / network / data communication & backup). Membuat laporan dan dokumentasi terkait asset management, FPIK, dan evaluasi kerja.

Memastikan komputer & laptop yang digunakan dapat berfungsi normal/berjalan dengan baik. Memastikan semua komputer & laptop yang digunakan terhubung ke jaringan. Melakukan pemeriksaaan dan pembaharuan sistem operasi serta aplikasi yang dijalankan oleh pengguna. Bertanggung jawab terhadap alat pendukung seperti printer, scanner, fingerprint dll. Producing Code using .NET languages (C#) for tailor-made applications based on predefined business requirements. Participate in requirement analysis & software design. Supporting application deployment. Analyzing functional requirements and designing workflow for applications. Participate in designing database structure for applications. Developing SQL queries for data retrieval / updates for applications. Develop documentation for code segments and workflows throughout application development life cycle. Doing Code Review for stability & performance improvement.

As Single_Point of Contact (SPOC) between branch to HR Division line services i.e. Recruitment, Development Ensure that any HR Division (Strategy, Program) initiatives related to the branch are held in accordance with applicable regulations. Analyze both current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the team’s objective and productivity. Work along with HR Head & Operation to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring. Ensure the organizational structure, job holder, and job descriptions in the branch are always updated and aligned with business needs. Implement all HR initiatives, policies, services, and programs for the respective business, i.e. company values (vision, mission, values), orientation and engagement, and employee experience. Together with other functions in HR and department ambassador, Identify, anticipate, and facilitate change management activities within the business area.

Design and deliver people development program. Create and update training materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective. Utilize data-driven methods to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of people development Collaborate with talent management and other departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making adjustments as necessary. Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
