Bertanggung Jawab Dalam End To End Proses Rekrutmen (termasuk menyusun deskripsi pekerjaan, mencari kandidat, melakukan wawancara, proses seleksi, hingga proses Offering dan Onboarding); Mengembangkan strategi rekrutmen serta berkolaborasi dengan tim manajemen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja di seluruh divisi; Mengelola database kandidat dan membuat laporan rekrutmen secara berkala; Memastikan target hiring tercapai sesuai timeline yang ditentukan; Memastikan proses onboarding karyawan baru berjalan dengan baik, termasuk persiapan dokumen dan pengenalan budaya perusahaan; Melakukan pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional Human resource (Penggajian, Kompensasi & Tunjangan, Penilaian Kinerja, Pengelolaan Data Karyawan, dll); Melakukan Aktivitas Administrative HRD yang diperlukan Perusahaan (On Boarding, Review KPI, Penilaian Kerja Karyawan, pengelolaan perlengkapan kantor, fasilitas, dan aset, dll).
Mengelola administrasi karyawan untuk ±12 outlet (data karyawan, kontrak, absensi, dan payroll support) Mendukung proses rekrutmen end-to-end (posting lowongan, screening, hingga scheduling interview) untuk kebutuhan outlet dan Head Office / Warehouse. Mengelola proses onboarding & offboarding karyawan secara rapi dan tepat waktu. Monitoring absensi, lembur, dan cuti karyawan (crew outlet & staff HO/Warehouse) Berkoordinasi aktif dengan tim operasional terkait kebutuhan manpower dan pergerakan karyawan Menjaga kerapihan dan akurasi dokumen serta database HR Membantu implementasi kebijakan HR dan memastikan compliance terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan Menyiapkan laporan HR secara berkala (headcount, turnover, attendance report, dll)

1. Project Sales & Business Development Identify, qualify, and secure project-based opportunities across hospitality, commercial, institutional, and high-end residential sectors. Manage the full project lifecycle: specification → pre-bid → tender → negotiation → order → delivery → handover. Drive consultant and architect specification adoption for exterior multi-color stone coatings and interior artistic paints. Build and maintain a robust project pipeline with clear revenue and margin targets. 2. Industry Network & Relationships Leverage existing relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and hospitality operators. Maintain regular engagement through site visits, design office meetings, and project follow-ups. Convert relationships into repeat projects and reference sites. 3. Technical & Solution Selling(optional) Provide technical guidance on coating systems, substrate preparation, application methods, and maintenance. Support design teams with color consulting, finish mock-ups, and sample development. Conduct technical presentations, site demos, and distributor training. 4. Channel & Internal Coordination Manage key accounts and develop a project-capable distributor network. Coordinate closely with Singapore HQ on pricing, logistics, QA, and technical support. Ensure projects are executed on-spec, on-time, and within commercial parameters. 5. Commercial Discipline & Reporting Prepare competitive project-based quotations and manage negotiations without margin erosion. Maintain accurate CRM records covering project stages, forecasts, and close probabilities. Deliver against KPIs: project pipeline value, bid win rate, revenue, margin, and reference projects secured.
